Throughout the year, JAM hosts many JAM Sessions to allow an opportunity for the youth to congregate together to praise, learn and adore Christ. The sessions are truly geared towards youth, but have been welcomed by older generations.

At each JAM session, youths experience three things:

1) Praising of our Lord is done through proclaiming His love by music, sometimes soft playing and sometimes rock style. The JAM band consistently practices each week to attempt to perfect traditional and contemporary praise and worship music to help in the praise enjoyment experience for all the teen youths and adults who attend JAM sessions.

2) A teen is chosen prior to each JAM session to pick a passage from scripture that depicts his/her life. S/he shares his/her experiences or the undergoing experiences with the entire group. Many times, it is sometimes a deep, solemn and/or humbling moment to hear the things that teens are currently going through. As a sharer shares his/her experiences, time is set aside for the group to connect with scripture or the sharer to share their own experiences to the group.

3) The greatest of all is "Eucharistic Adoration". The moments where all that are present in the Lord’s house kneel in front of the Tabernacle to praise and pray. All are humbly present in awe and utmost reverence to give all to the Lord and let Him be their light… their life. At times, the parish Pastor will be present to help with the Exposition and Reposition of the Blessed Sacrament, allowing the youths to come forward to touch and feel Christ. It is a moment where one can connect their heart to Jesus’ heart
